For a warm and busy day I decided to cook something fast, fresh and with a good dose of energy.
Creamy cous-cous with zucchini and sweet corn
Ingredients (4 people)
450 g of cous-cous
1 big zucchini
300 g of sweet corn
150g of creamy cheese
a bit of oil, salt and pepper
1. Cut the zucchini in small pieces and cook it in a pan with oil for about 20 minutes
2. Cook the cous-cous.
3. Add the cooked zucchini, the sweet corn and the cheese to the cous-cous and mix it well. Season it with salt and pepper.
4. Enjoy your meal!
