Today we want to taste new flavors in our office lunch, so we decided to cook a vegetarian curry.
Ingredients (for 4 people)
500 gr of rice
200 gr of soya chunks (dry)
400 ml of cream
50 gr of raisins
curry and salt
1. Cook the rice.
2. Put the soya chunks in boiling water for 15 min. and then take out of the water.
3. Chop the onion and put it in a pan with a bit of oil and cook on a low heat for 10 min. Add the soya chunks, the raisins, the cream, the curry and salt and leave to thicken.
4. Serve the rice with the sauce and enjoy your meal!
