Mexican burrito

DSC01109This is a vegetarian version of Mexican burritos. Very tasty and powerful meal.


400gr of boiled beans

1 avocado

1 onion

200gr of sweet corn

200gr of grated cheese

200gr of balcan cheese

400 gr of tomato sauce

6 Mexican tortillas

Olive oil


Tabasco or black pepper


  1. Fry the onion in a bit of olive oil
  2. Add the tomato sauce, beans and sweet corn in the pan and warm it up
  3. Add salt, pepper or Tabasco as spice if you want
  4. Peal and chop the avocado
  5. Warm up a bit the tortillas in a pan
  6. Fill the tortillas with the sauce, chopped avocado and pieces of Balkan cheese. Top it with grated cheese and roll
