Zucchini stew with rice

Ingredients (serves 4):

500 g zucchini
300 g tomato
200 g onion
300 g rice
1 tbsp olive oil
salt
red paprika spice
basil
oregano

Steps:

1. Cut the onion, the zucchini and the tomato in small pieces
2. Warm the olive oil in a pan and cook the onion
3. Add the zucchinis and the tomatoes, mix it all well and cook for 15 minutes
4. Put salt, red paprika spice, basil and oregano
5. Cook the rice for 15 minutes
6. Serve it and enjoy your meal
